1. Service Agreement

This Agreement is between JustAHost ("we," "us," or "our") and the user ("you" or "your") who registers for any hosting service provided by us.

2. Account Registration

To access our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting service with us at any time. To cancel, please follow the cancellation procedures outlined on our website or contact our customer support.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our hosting services for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate your service without a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your service is being used for prohibited activities.

5. Service Termination

If you fail to extend your service upon the invoice due date, your hosting service will be terminated seven (7) days after the due date. We will attempt to notify you before any service termination.

6. Data Loss

We are not responsible for any lost data. You are encouraged to keep regular backups of your data. While we strive to ensure the integrity and security of our servers, we cannot guarantee that data loss will never occur.

7. Payment and Renewal

Payments for our hosting services are due according to the terms of your selected service package. Services will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel your service before the renewal date.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our hosting services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, with the jurisdiction being the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI Arbitration Center).

13. Account Information

In the course of registering for and using our services, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us. We are committed to respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information.

13.1 Collection of Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, financial information, or health information. The information collected is limited to what is necessary to provide our services, including but not limited to your name, email address, and contact information.

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes served on us, protect and defend our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.

13.4 Security of Information

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. You should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email.

13.5 Access to Your Information

13.6 Changes to Your Information

14. Shared Hosting Environment

14.1 Nature of Shared Hosting

Our hosting services operate on a shared hosting environment, where multiple users' websites are hosted on the same server. While this allows us to offer hosting services at a cost-effective rate, it inherently poses limitations regarding isolation between hosting accounts.

14.2 Security Measures

We employ reasonable security measures to protect our shared hosting environment against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cybersecurity threats. However, due to the shared nature of the environment, we cannot guarantee complete isolation of hosting accounts or immunity from malicious activities that may arise from other hosted users on the same server.

14.3 Data Leaks Disclaimer

We are not responsible for data leaks or breaches that originate from the shared hosting environment's inherent risks or from actions by other users on the same server. We encourage our users to adopt strong security practices, including regular updates and backups, to further protect their hosted data.

14.4 User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for securing their hosting account and website, including but not limited to, using strong passwords, keeping applications and scripts up to date, and regularly monitoring their accounts for unauthorized access.

14.5 Notification and Support

In the event of a security breach or data leak affecting the shared hosting environment, we will take prompt action to address the issue and will notify affected users accordingly. We will also provide reasonable support to assist users in securing their accounts and mitigating any impacts from such incidents.

15. Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

15.1 Commitment to Data Protection

We are committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We recognize our obligations in updating and expanding this program to meet the demands of the GDPR and the Indonesian data protection laws.

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), under the GDPR, you have various rights regarding your personal data, including:
